I don't think a sump pump has ever created more joy.

The power came back on for a brief period. During that time, the sump pump worked non-stop to drain the basement. The water went out front, and Trevor decided to dip his head in the flow. About 15 seconds after this picture I glanced over to see his cheeks full of basement water. He swallowed before I could tell him to spit it out.

Water is just fun.

Trevor was kind enough to open the door as I returned with Christopher from the flooded creek. He's all ready in his swimsuit.

I was running after Trevor, and he was riding away as fast as he could.

Trevor is learning how to be silly from his big brothers and sisters.

Growing up my Mom explained that the barber was "a place where bad kids go to get their hair cut when they won't sit still for their moms." Of course, this statement induced visions of mean women strapping me down to a chair in a white room with loud music and big, rough scissors... or something like that. Years later I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my first barber shop.

Trevor is interested in Savannah, and hasn't been jealous at all.
