Growing up my Mom explained that the barber was "a place where bad kids go to get their hair cut when they won't sit still for their moms." Of course, this statement induced visions of mean women strapping me down to a chair in a white room with loud music and big, rough scissors... or something like that. Years later I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my first barber shop.

Savannah Sue Titus was born January 4, 2010 at 5:59pm. She was 6 lb 10.75 oz and 20 inches long. She is perfect, and both Savannah and Jen are doing fine.

After several weeks of preparation, and n part due to my own positive experience watching Bethany be born when I was five, Christopher and Emma were present for the entire birth, with the help of a dear friend. They were very excited, asked lots of questions, and it was a very positive experience.
